Common use of Payments to Company Clause in Contracts

Payments to Company. A. Except as specifically provided in Section 4, Section 5 or Section 15 or Subsections B or C of this Section 6, or otherwise specifically provided for under this Agreement, Company shall have no right or power to direct Trustee to return to Company or to divert to others any of the Trust assets before all payment of benefits have been made to Participants and Beneficiaries pursuant to the terms of the Plan.

Payments to Company. A. (a) Except as specifically provided in Section 4, Section 5 or Section 15 or Subsections B or C of this Section 6, or otherwise specifically provided for under this Agreement3 hereof, Company shall have no right or power to direct Trustee to return to Company or to divert to others any of the Trust assets before all payment payments of benefits have been made to Participants the Participant and Beneficiaries his beneficiaries pursuant to the terms of the Plan. Section 5.

Except as specifically provided in the last sentence of Section 4, 2 or in Section 5 or Section 15 or Subsections B or C of this Section 6, or otherwise specifically provided for under this Agreement3 hereof, Company shall have no right or power to direct Trustee to return to Company or to divert to others any of the Trust assets before all payment of benefits have been made to Participants and Beneficiaries anyone other than Employee or his beneficiary(ies) pursuant to the terms of the PlanAgreement and this Trust Agreement any of the Trust assets. Section 5.
