Payments of accrued. Amounts under Sections 5(a), 5(b) and 5(c) shall be made no later than the payment date required by applicable law.
Payments of accrued but unpaid interest only shall be due and payable on the first day of each month commencing January 1, 2000 and continuing on the first day of each month thereafter until the Maturity Date (hereinafter defined). This Note and all accrued but unpaid interest and all outstanding principal shall finally become due and payable in its entirety on March 31, 2000 (the "Maturity Date"). If any installment of principal or interest on this Note shall become due on a Saturday, Sunday or any other day on which Payee is not open for business, such payment shall be made on the next succeeding day on which Payee is open for business; and such extension of time shall in such case be included in computing interest in connection with such payment.
Payments of accrued interest under the Revolving Credit Note shall be made on the first day of each month. All of Company's and each Eligible Subsidiary's invoices, account statements and other written or oral communications directing, instructing, demanding or requesting payment of any Account of Company or any Eligible Subsidiary or any other amount constituting Collateral shall conspicuously direct that all payments be made to the Lockbox or such other address as Laurus may direct in writing. If, notwithstanding the instructions to Account Debtors, Company or any Eligible Subsidiary receives any payments, Company or such Eligible Subsidiary, as the case may be, shall immediately remit such payments to Laurus in their original form with all necessary endorsements. Until so remitted, Company and each Eligible Subsidiary shall hold all such payments in trust for and as the property of Laurus and shall not commingle such payments with any of its other funds or property.

  • Amortization Payments The Company shall make three payments (each an “Amortization Payment”) as follows: on the six-month anniversary of the Original Issue Date, on the seven-month anniversary of the Original Issue Date, and on the Maturity Date (each such date a “Payment Date”), provided that if any Payment Date is not a Business Day, then the applicable payment shall be due on the next succeeding Business Day. Each Amortization Payment shall be equal to one-third of the original principal amount of the Note, plus all accrued interest thereon as of the Payment Date, as adjusted pursuant to Section 2(c) below. A fee may be charged by the Indenture Trustee to a Noteholder of Definitive Notes for any payment made by wire transfer. Any installment of interest or principal not punctually paid or duly provided for shall be payable as soon as funds are available to the Indenture Trustee for payment thereof, or if Section 5.07 applies, pursuant to Section 5.07.
