Payments Generally. All payments to be made under the Agreement shall be made in same day (or immediately available) and freely transferable funds and, unless otherwise specified, shall be delivered to such office of such bank, and in favor of such account as shall be specified by the Party entitled to receive such payment in Part IV of the Schedule or in a notice given in accordance with Section 11.4.
