Payments Etc. Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, all payments under this Agreement and the other Credit Documents, other than the payments specified in clause (b) below, shall be made without notice, defense, set-off or counterclaim to the Lender, not later than 11:00 A.M. (local time for the Lender) on the date when due and shall be made in Dollars in immediately available funds to the Lender at the Lender’s Lending Office.
