Common use of Payments by Paying Agents Clause in Contracts

Payments by Paying Agents. Subject to payment being duly made as provided in clause 3.1(a) in the case of the Class A-1 Notes and in clause 3.1(b) in the case of the Class A-3 Notes (or the Principal Paying Agent otherwise being satisfied that the relevant payment will be duly made on the due date), and subject to clause 6, the Paying Agents will pay or cause to be paid to the Offered Noteholders on behalf of the Issuer on each Quarterly Distribution Date the relevant amounts of principal and interest due in respect of the Offered Notes in accordance with this Agreement and the Offered Note Conditions.
