Common use of Payments by Paying Agents Clause in Contracts

Payments by Paying Agents. Subject to full payments being duly made and received by the Principal Paying Agent as provided in Clause 3.1 (or the Principal Paying Agent otherwise being satisfied that the payments will be duly made and received by it on the due date), and subject to Clause 6, the Paying Agents will pay or cause to be paid to the US$ Noteholders on behalf of the Issuer on each Distribution Date the relevant amounts of principal and interest due in respect of each Class of US$ Notes in accordance with the Series Supplement, this Agreement and the US$ Note Conditions.
