Common use of Payments by Borrower Clause in Contracts

Payments by Borrower. Except to the extent otherwise provided herein, all payments of principal, interest and other amounts to be made by Borrower under this Agreement and the Notes, and, except to the extent otherwise provided therein, all payments to be made by Borrower under any other Loan Document, shall be made in Dollars, in immediately available funds, without deduction, setoff or counterclaim, to the Administrative Agent at an account designated by the Administrative Agent by notice to Borrower, not later than 12:00 noon, New York City time, on the date on which such payment shall become due (each such payment made after such time on such due date to be deemed to have been made on the next succeeding Business Day).

Payments by Borrower. Except to the extent otherwise provided herein, all payments of principal, interest interest, and other amounts to be made by Borrower under this Agreement and Agreement, the NotesNote, and, except to the extent otherwise provided therein, all payments to be made by Borrower the Obligors under any other Loan Document, shall be made in Dollars, in immediately available funds, without deduction, setoff set-off or counterclaim, to the Administrative Agent Lender at an account designated maintained by the Administrative Agent by notice to Borrower, Lender not later than 12:00 noon11:00 A.M., New York City time, on the date on which such payment shall become due (each such payment made after such time on such due date to be deemed to have been made on the next succeeding Business Day).
