Common use of Payments After Event of Default Clause in Contracts

Payments After Event of Default. (a) Any cash held by the Trustee as Aircraft Collateral and all cash proceeds received by the Trustee in respect of any sale of, collection from, or other realization upon all or any part of the Aircraft Collateral pursuant to the exercise by the Trustee of its remedies as a secured creditor as provided in Section 4.01 of this Aircraft Security Agreement shall, subject to any Intercreditor Agreement and any Other Intercreditor Agreement, be applied from time to time by the Trustee in accordance with the terms of the Credit Agreement.
