Payment to Guardian. If a Plan benefit is payable to a minor or a person declared incompetent or to a person incapable of handling the disposition of the property, the Committee may direct payment to the guardian, legal representative or person having the care and custody of such minor, incompetent or person. Such distribution shall completely discharge the Committee and Company from all liability with respect to such benefit.

  • First Payment As of the Cut-off Date, the related Obligor has made the initial payment on such Receivable.
