Common use of Payment Scheduling Clause in Contracts

Payment Scheduling. You may schedule two (2) types of payments to your Billers: One Time Payments or Recurring Payments. The earliest possible Scheduled Payment Date for each Xxxxxx will be designated within the Bill Pay Service when you are scheduling the payment. Therefore, the Bill Pay Service will not permit you to select a Scheduled Payment Date earlier than the earliest possible Scheduled Payment Date designated for each Xxxxxx. When scheduling payments you must select a Scheduled Payment Date that is no later than the actual Due Date reflected on your Xxxxxx statement however, if the actual Due Date falls on a non-Business Day, you must select a Scheduled Payment Date that is at least one (1) Business Day before the actual Due Date.
