Payment Request Schedule. Following Department approval of Project Deliverables, the Grantee may submit a payment request for cost reimbursement bi-annually for planning expenses on Payment Request Summary Form (DRP-115) along with all required documentation as outlined in the Financial Reporting Procedures (DRP-110), as applicable, to support payment. Payment Request Schedule. Following the Grantee’s full completion of a task, the Grantee may submit a payment request for cost reimbursement using both Exhibit A, Progress Report Form, and Exhibit C, Payment Request Summary Form. Interim payment requests cannot be made more frequently than quarterly and must be made using Exhibit A, detailing all work progress made during that payment request period, and Exhibit C. Upon the Department’s receipt of Exhibit A and C, along with all supporting fiscal documentation and deliverables, the Department’s Grant Manager will have ten (10) working days to review and approve or deny the payment request.

  • Stop Payment Request You may ask the Credit Union to stop payment on any check drawn upon or ACH debit scheduled from your checking account. You may request a stop payment by telephone, by mail, or in person. For checks, the stop payment will be effective if the Credit Union receives the order in time for the Credit Union to act upon the order. For ACH debits, the stop payment order must be received at least three (3) banking days before the scheduled date of the transfer. You must state the number of the account, date, and the exact amount of the check or item and the number of the check or originator of the ACH debit. If you give the Credit Union incorrect or incomplete information, the Credit Union will not be responsible for failing to stop payment on the item. If the stop payment order is not received in time for the Credit Union to act upon the order, the Credit Union will not be liable to you or to any other party for payment of the item. If we recredit your account after paying a check over a valid and timely stop payment order, you agree to sign a statement describing the dispute with the payee, to transfer all of your rights against the payee or other holders of the check to the Credit Union, and to assist the Credit Union in legal action taken against the person.

  • Stop Payment Requests If you desire to stop any transfer that has already been processed, you must contact customer care for the Service pursuant to Section 22 of the General Terms. Although we will make a reasonable effort to accommodate your request, we will have no liability for failing to do so. We may also require you to present your request in writing within fourteen (14) days. If H-GAC does not approve Contractor’s price increase, Contractor may terminate its performance upon sixty (60) days advance written notice to H-GAC, however Contractor must fulfill any outstanding Purchase Orders. Termination of performance is Contractor’s only remedy if H-GAC does not approve the price increase. H-GAC reserves the right to accept or reject any price change request.

  • Submittal Schedule Within sixty days after the Effective Date of the Contract, the Contractor shall prepare and submit a Submittal Schedule for review and approval of the Design Professional. In establishing the Submittal Schedule the Contractor shall take into account large submittal documents that will require longer review times, e.g., submittals with over fifty sheets of drawings. The Design Professional’s approval shall be based on conformance of the Submittal Schedule with the Overall Project Schedule, subject to change from time to time in accordance with the progress of the Work.
