Payment Reporting Requirements. Healthcare Provider understands and acknowledges that Sponsor and/or SynteractHCR may publicly disclose any payments and other things of value that Sponsor or SynteractHCR, on behalf of Sponsor, provides to Healthcare Provider under this Agreement in order to comply with a Regulatory Authority or Applicable Law. 3 CLINICAL STUDY DRUG AND MATERIALS 3.1 Study Drug. Sponsor will supply to the Healthcare Provider, at no charge, sufficient quantities of the Study Drug or other medicinal product for the purpose of completing the Study. Healthcare Provider will use the Study Drug solely for the purpose of conducting the Study in accordance with the Protocol and Applicable Law. The Healthcare Provider acknowledges that the Study Drug is experimental in nature and therefore agrees (i) to use prudence and all due care in the use, handling, storage, labeling, transportation, disposition and containment of Study Drug and will follow instructions provided by Sponsor and or SynteractHCR pertaining to the handling and storage of the Study Drug and (ii) to comply with Applicable Law relating to the use, handling, storage, labeling, transportation, disposition and containment of Study Drug. At the conclusion of the Study, or upon termination of this Agreement, whichever occurs first, the Healthcare Provider shall account for all Study Drug supplied hereunder souhlasu nebude tento poskytovateli zdravotní péče povinen uhradit částky převyšující platby uvedené v rámci platebních podmínek. Poskytovatel zdravotní péče je si vědom, že zadavatel a/nebo společnost SynteractHCR mohou zveřejnit informace o veškerých platbách, a jiných hodnotných věcech, které zadavatel nebo společnost SynteractHCR zadavatelovým jménem dle této smlouvy poskytnou poskytovateli zdravotní péče za účelem splnění požadavků regulačního orgánu nebo platných právních předpisů. 3 LÉKY A MATERIÁLY POUŽÍVANÉ V KLINICKÉ STUDII 3.1 Hodnocený léčivý přípravek. Zadavatel poskytovateli zdravotní péče bezplatně dodá podle potřeby dostatečné množství hodnoceného léčivého přípravku nebo jiného léčivého výrobku, které jsou vyžadovány za účelem dokončení studie.
