Payment of Wages Wages will be paid weekly by electronic funds transfer (EFT). The employer shall comply with all provisions in relation to the keeping of time and wage records and production of pay slips in accordance with the Industrial Relations Xxx 0000. Each employee is responsible for the accurate and timely completion and provision of time sheets and production records.
PAYMENT OF WAGES AND ALLOWANCES 25.01 The Employer shall pay salaries and wages bi-weekly in accordance with Schedule “A” attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement. On each pay day, each Employee shall be provided with an itemized statement of his/her wages and deductions. Deficiencies in an Employee’s pay in excess of $50.00 shall be paid by way of an advance within three (3) days of advising the Employer.
Payment of Paid Personal/Carer’s Leave (a) If an employee takes a period of paid personal/xxxxx’s leave and meets the notice requirements set out at Clause 44.3 the employer must pay the employee at the employee’s base rate of pay for the employee’s ordinary hours of work in the period.
REFUND OF UNEARNED COMPENSATION The Party of the Second Part agrees to refund the Party of the First Part any compensation received for which no services were rendered. TERMINATION: This contract may be terminated by either party pursuant to law. OTHER CONDITIONS: Any subsequent contracts shall supersede the provisions of this contract. Student Achievement and Accountability instructional staff may be required to serve students in more than one location. Given this, the 15TH OF SEPTEMBER, 2016. Payment of Prevailing Wages The Contractor and all Subcontractors under the Contractor shall pay all workers on all Work performed pursuant to this Contract not less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work as determined by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations, State of California, for the type of work performed and the locality in which the work is to be performed within the boundaries of the District, pursuant to sections 1770 et seq. of the California Labor Code.

Common Central Provisions a) The Employer shall provide for permanent and long-term occasional teachers and teachers hired into a term position who access such leaves, a SEB plan to top up their E.I.
Industrial Relations Training Leave 53.1 Union Delegate/Employee Representative shall have access to industrial relations training in accordance with Appendix E hereof.
Hospitals of Ontario Voluntary Life Insurance Plan The Hospital also agrees to make the Hospitals of Ontario Voluntary Life Insurance Plan (HOOVLIP) available to the nurses subject to the provisions of HOOVLIP at no cost to the Hospital.
