PAYMENT OF WAGES. Wages will be paid weekly by electronic funds transfer (EFT). The employer shall comply with all provisions in relation to the keeping of time and wage records and production of pay slips in accordance with the Industrial Relations Xxx 0000. Each employee is responsible for the accurate and timely completion and provision of time sheets and production records.
PAYMENT OF WAGES. With the agreement of the majority of the employees, the company may elect to pay wages weekly by electronic funds transfer (EFT) to up to two accounts of the employee’s choice.

The Borrower and each of its Restricted Subsidiaries are in compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended, in all material respects, and to the knowledge of the Borrower and each of its Restricted Subsidiaries, such Persons have paid all minimum and overtime wages required by law to be paid to their respective employees.

A Safety and Health representative is entitled to such time from his/her work as is necessary to attend meetings or to carry out any other function as a Safety and Health representative of the Committee and any time spent by the Safety and Health representative while carrying out his/her functions as a Health and Safety representative of the Committee shall, for the purpose of calculating wages owing to him/her, be deemed to have been spent at his/her work.

A member of a Safety and Health Committee is entitled to such time from his/her work as is necessary to attend meetings or to carry out any other functions as a member of the Committee, and any time spent by the member while carrying out any of his/her functions as a member of the Committee shall, for the purpose of calculating wages owing to him/her, be deemed to have been spent at his/her work.
PAYMENT OF WAGES. (a) Wages must be paid fortnightly unless otherwise mutually agreed up to a monthly maximum period.

Wages shall be paid processed during working hours on the Thursday of each week. The working week for pay periods is Thursday to Wednesday. The payday selected, once agreed, must not be changed without the agreement of a majority of the employees. Upon termination of employment, wages due to an employee shall be paid to the employee on the day of such termination or forwarded to the employee by electronic funds transfer within three working days, or as mutually agreed by the employer and employee.
