PAYMENT OF UNION DUES. Section 16.1 This Article is for the purpose of permitting eligible Western Area Power Administration (Western) employees who are members of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) to pay dues through the authorization of voluntary allotments from their salary.
