Payment of RDOs upon Termination of Employment. (a) Upon termination of employment, an adjustment will be made to ensure that the full RDO entitlement, and no more, has been provided. This means that Employees then having received more RDOs than they were entitled to will have the relevant amount removed from their final termination payments, and Employees who have received less than their full RDO entitlement will have the outstanding amount added to their final termination payments.

  • Payment upon Termination In the event that the City or Consultant terminates this Agreement pursuant to Section 8, the City shall compensate the Consultant for all outstanding costs and reimbursable expenses incurred for work satisfactorily completed as of the date of written notice of termination. Consultant shall maintain adequate logs and timesheets in order to verify costs incurred to that date. The City shall have no obligation to compensate Consultant for work not verified by logs or timesheets.
