Payment of Other Amounts. Unless otherwise expressly provided for herein, any payments due hereunder or in respect of an Aircraft in addition to those referred to in Subclauses 6.2.2 and 6.3 above will be paid by the Buyer concurrently with the delivery of the corresponding Aircraft or, if invoiced after delivery of such Aircraft, within one (1) month after the invoice date.

If the Loan is to be prepaid by the Borrower pursuant to any of the provisions of Clause 5.2, 5.3 or 5.4, the Borrower shall, simultaneously with such prepayment, pay to the Lender accrued interest thereon to the date of actual payment and all other sums payable by the Borrower pursuant to this Agreement in relation to the prepaid amount. For the avoidance of doubt, if the principal amount of the Loan is reduced pursuant to the provisions of Clause 5.5, then no interest shall accrue or be payable during the Interest Period in which such reduction takes place in respect of the amount by which the Loan is so reduced and the Lender shall not be entitled to any interest in respect of the cancelled Notes.

The Corporation shall fail to pay any amount under this Indenture (other than an amount described in Section 7.1(1)) when the same shall become due and payable, and such failure shall have continued for a period of sixty (60) days after a Debentureholders’ Request or after written notice from the Trustee requiring such default to be remedied has been given to the Corporation.
