Common use of Payment of Indebtedness Clause in Contracts

Payment of Indebtedness. Pay or otherwise satisfy at or before maturity or before it becomes delinquent or accelerated, as the case may be, all its Indebtedness (including taxes), except Indebtedness being contested in good faith by appropriate proceedings and for which provision is made to the satisfaction of Bank for the payment thereof in the event Borrower is found to be obligated to pay such Indebtedness and which Indebtedness is thereupon promptly paid by Borrower.

Payment of Indebtedness.
