Payment of HSA Service Fees. Pursuant to the Group’s HSA plan design, BCBSM or HEQ shall invoice Group for any agreed upon service fees with respect to the HSA. If invoiced by BCBSM, such fees shall be paid according to the terms set forth in Group’s experience rated underwritten contract with BCBSM. Group acknowledges that BCBSM will pay compensation to HEQ for services rendered by HEQ.
