Common use of Payment of Fee Clause in Contracts

Payment of Fee. The cash management fee referred to in Clause 10.1 shall be paid to the Cash Manager in arrear on each Interest Payment Date in the manner contemplated by and in accordance with the provisions of the applicable Funding Priority of Payments.

Payment of Fee. The cash management fee referred to in Clause 10.1 shall be paid to the Cash Manager in arrear on each Funding 1 Interest Payment Date in the manner contemplated by and in accordance with the provisions of the applicable Funding 1 Priority of Payments.

Payment of Fee. The cash management fee referred to in Clause 10.1 shall be paid to the Cash Manager in arrear on each Interest Payment Distribution Date in the manner contemplated by and in accordance with the provisions of the applicable Funding Mortgages Trustee Revenue Priority of Payments.

Payment of Fee. The cash management fee referred to in Clause 10.1 7.1 (Fee payable) shall be paid to the Cash Manager in arrear on each Interest LLP Payment Date in the manner contemplated by and in accordance with the provisions of the applicable Funding Priority Priorities of Payments.

Payment of Fee. The cash management fee referred to in Clause CLAUSE 10.1 shall be paid to the Cash Manager in arrear on each Funding 1 Interest Payment Date in the manner contemplated by and in accordance with the provisions of the applicable Funding 1 Priority of Payments.

Payment of Fee. The cash management fee referred to in Clause 10.1 7.1 shall be paid to the Cash Manager in arrear on each Interest Fund Payment Date in the manner contemplated by and in accordance with the provisions of the applicable Funding Priority Priorities of Payments.
