Common use of Payment of Fee Clause in Contracts

Payment of Fee. The cash management fee referred to in Clause 9.1 (Fee Payable) shall only be payable to the Current Issuer Cash Manager on each Payment Date in the manner contemplated by, in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Current Issuer Pre-Enforcement Revenue Priority of Payments or, as the case may be, the Current Issuer Post-Enforcement Priority of Payments.

Payment of Fee. The cash management fee referred to in Clause 9.1 herein (Fee Payable) shall only be payable to the Current Issuer Cash Manager on each Payment Date in the manner contemplated by, in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Current Issuer Pre-Enforcement Revenue applicable Priority of Payments or, as for the case may be, Mortgages Trustee under the Current Issuer Post-Enforcement Mortgages Trust Deed and the applicable Funding Priority of PaymentsPayments under the Funding Deed of Charge.

Payment of Fee. The cash management fee referred to in Clause 9.1 (Fee Payable) 8.1 shall only be payable paid to the Current Master Issuer Cash Manager in arrear on each Interest Payment Date in the manner contemplated by, by and in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Current Master Issuer Pre-Enforcement Revenue Priority of Payments or, as the case may be, the Current Master Issuer Post-Enforcement Priority of Payments.

Payment of Fee. The cash management fee referred to in Clause 9.1 (Fee Payable) shall only be payable to the Current Issuer Cash Manager on each Payment Date in the manner contemplated by, in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Current Issuer Pre-Enforcement Revenue Priority of Payments or, as the case may be, the Current Issuer Post-Post- Enforcement Priority of Payments.

Payment of Fee. 9.2 The cash management fee referred to in Clause 9.1 9.1(a) (Fee Payable) shall only be payable to the Current Issuer Cash Manager on each Payment Date in four equal instalments quarterly in arrears, in the manner contemplated by, in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Current Issuer Pre-Enforcement Acceleration Revenue Priority of Payments or, as the case may be, the Current Issuer Post-Enforcement Acceleration Priority of Payments.

Payment of Fee. The cash management fee referred to in Clause 9.1 herein (Fee Payable) shall only be payable to the Current Issuer Cash Manager on each Distribution Date, Payment Date or Monthly Payment Date (as applicable) in the manner contemplated by, in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Current Issuer Pre-Enforcement Revenue applicable Mortgages Trustee Priority of Payments, the applicable Funding Priority of Payments or, as and the case may be, the Current Issuer Post-Enforcement applicable Funding 2 Priority of Payments.

Payment of Fee. The cash management fee referred to in Clause 9.1 (Fee Payable) shall only be payable paid to the Current Eighth Issuer Cash Manager in arrear on each Interest Payment Date in the manner contemplated by, by and in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Current Eighth Issuer Pre-Enforcement Revenue Priority of Payments or, as the case may be, the Current Eighth Issuer Post-Enforcement Priority of Payments.

Payment of Fee. The cash management fee referred to in Clause 9.1 8.1 (Fee Payable) shall only be payable to the Current Issuer Cash Manager on each Payment Date in the manner contemplated by, in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Current Issuer Pre-Enforcement Revenue Priority of Payments or, as the case may be, the Current Issuer Post-Enforcement Priority of Payments.

Payment of Fee. The cash management fee referred to in Clause 9.1 herein (Fee Payable) shall only be payable to the Current Issuer Cash Manager on each Distribution Date, Payment Date or 20th Monthly Payment Date (as applicable) in the manner contemplated by, in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Current Issuer Pre-Enforcement Revenue applicable Mortgages Trustee Priority of Payments, the applicable Funding Priority of Payments or, as and the case may be, the Current Issuer Post-Enforcement applicable Funding 2 Priority of Payments.

Payment of Fee. The cash management fee referred to in Clause 9.1 8.1 (Fee Payable) shall only be payable to the Current Issuer Cash Manager on each 20th Monthly Payment Date in the manner contemplated by, in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Current Issuer Pre-Enforcement Revenue Priority of Payments or, as the case may be, the Current Issuer Post-Enforcement Priority of Payments.

Payment of Fee. The cash management fee referred to in Clause 9.1 8.1 (Fee Payable) shall only be payable to the Current Issuer Cash Manager on each Monthly Payment Date in the manner contemplated by, in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Current Issuer Pre-Enforcement Revenue Priority of Payments or, as the case may be, the Current Issuer Post-Enforcement Priority of Payments.

Payment of Fee. The cash management fee referred to in Clause 9.1 herein (Fee Payable) shall only be payable to the Current Issuer Cash Manager on each Payment Date in the manner contemplated by, in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Current Issuer Pre-Enforcement Revenue applicable Mortgages Trustee Priority of Payments, the applicable Funding Priority of Payments or, as and the case may be, the Current Issuer Post-Enforcement applicable Funding 2 Priority of Payments.

Payment of Fee. The cash management fee referred to in Clause 9.1 8.1 (Fee PayableFees payable) shall only be payable paid to the Current Issuer Cash Manager in accordance with the fee letter entered into pursuant to Clause 8.1 (Fees payable) on each Interest Payment Date in the manner contemplated by, by and in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Current Issuer Pre-Enforcement Revenue Pre- Acceleration Priority of Payments or, as the case may be, the Current Issuer Post-Enforcement Acceleration Priority of Payments.
