Common use of Payment of Dues Clause in Contracts

Payment of Dues. ‌ Subject to the provisions of Section 16 of the Labour Relations Code, it is a condition of employment for all members of the bargaining unit to complete an authorization form providing for the deduction from salary of such fees, dues, and assessments as the Association may require.
