Payment of Certain Expenses by Servicer. The Servicer will be required to pay all expenses incurred by it in connection with its activities under this Agreement, including fees and disbursements of independent accountants, Taxes imposed on the Servicer, expenses incurred in connection with payments and reports pursuant to this Agreement, and all other fees and expenses not expressly stated under this Agreement for the account of the Seller, but excluding Liquidation Expenses incurred as a result of activities contemplated by Section 6.4. The Servicer will be required to pay all reasonable fees and expenses owing to any bank or trust company in connection with the maintenance of the Collection Account and the Lock-Box Account. The Servicer shall be required to pay such expenses for its own account and shall not be entitled to any payment therefor other than the Servicing Fee.
