Common use of Payment of Bonds Clause in Contracts

Payment of Bonds. The Issuer shall duly and punctually pay or cause to be paid as herein provided, the principal or redemption price, if any, of every Bond and the in- terest thereon, at the dates and places and in the manner stated in the Bonds according to the true intent and meaning thereof.

Payment of Bonds. The Issuer shall duly and punctually pay or cause to be paid as herein providedpaid, solely from the sources pledged and provided herein, the principal or redemption priceRedemption Price, if any, of every Bond and the in- terest interest thereon, at the dates and places and in the manner stated provided in the Bonds according to the true intent and meaning thereof; provided, that the Bonds shall be special, limited obligations of the Issuer as described in Section 2.01(e) hereof.

The Issuer shall duly and punctually pay or cause to be paid as herein providedpaid, but solely from the sources specified in this Indenture, the principal or of, redemption pricepremium, if any, of every Bond and the in- terest thereon, at the dates and places and in the manner stated in interest on the Bonds according to in accordance with the true intent terms of the Bonds and meaning thereofthis Indenture.

Payment of Bonds. The Issuer shall duly and punctually pay or cause to be paid as herein providedpaid, solely from Pledged Assets or Credit Enhancement, the principal or redemption price, if any, of every Bond and the in- terest thereon, interest thereon at the dates and places and in the manner stated in the Bonds according to the true intent and meaning thereofthereof and nothing herein or in the Bonds shall be construed as assigning or pledging any other funds of the Issuer.

Payment of Bonds. The Issuer shall duly and punctually will pay or cause to be paid as herein providedduly and punctually paid, the principal or redemption priceof (and premium, if any, included in any Redemption Price or Special Redemption Price) and interest, if any, due on the Bonds of every Bond each Series in accordance with the terms of such Bonds and the in- terest thereon, at the dates and places and in the manner stated in the Bonds according to the true intent and meaning thereofIndenture.
