Common use of Payment Obligation Clause in Contracts

Payment Obligation. The undersigned agrees to: (A) assume full, legal obligation for payment according to the terms of this Contract; (B) pay late fees in the amount of $ 25 if not paid within 5 days of the due date and interest at _18 % per annum on any past due (unpaid after 30 days of the date due) accounts; and (C) pay all costs of collection including reasonable attorney’s fees.
