Common use of Payment for Working Overtime Clause in Contracts

Payment for Working Overtime. 6.4.1(a) Except as provided for in 6.4.1(d), 6.4.1(e), 6.4.8 and 6.4.9, for all work done outside ordinary hours on any day or shift (as defined in subclauses 6.1.1, 6.1.2 and 6.1.3) the overtime rates of pay are time and a half for the first three hours and double time thereafter until the completion of the overtime work. For continuous shift workers the rate for working overtime is double time.

Payment for Working Overtime. 6.4.1(a4.4.1(a) Except as provided for in 6.4.1(d4.4.1(d), 6.4.1(e4.4.1(e), 6.4.8 4.4.8 and 6.4.94.4.9, for all work done outside ordinary hours on any day or shift (as defined in subclauses 6.1.14.1.1, 6.1.2 4.1.2 and 6.1.34.1.3) the overtime rates of pay are time and a half for the first three hours and double time thereafter until the completion of the overtime work. For continuous shift workers the rate for working overtime is double time.

For continuous shift workers the rate for working overtime is double time.

For continuous shift workers the rate for working overtime is double timepurposes of this clause "ordinary hours" means the hours worked in the enterprise, fixed in accordance with clause 4.4.1 of this Agreement.

Payment for Working Overtime. 6.4.1(a) 18.1.1 Except as provided for in 6.4.1(d)sub-clauses18.1.4, 6.4.1(e)18.1.5, 6.4.8 and 6.4.918.7, for all work done outside ordinary hours on any day or shift (shift, as defined in subclauses 6.1.1sub-clauses 14.1, 6.1.2 and 6.1.3) 14.2and 14.3, the overtime rates of pay are time and a half rate is 150% for the first three (3) hours and double time 200% thereafter until the completion of the overtime work. For a continuous shift workers Shiftworker the rate for working overtime is double time200%.
