Payment for Unused Days of Sick Leave. Teachers who enter retirement from the public schools of Harford County after (10) years of service in those schools shall receive payment for unused days of sick leave up to a maximum of 200 days effective July 1, 1998, at the rate of 25% of the daily rate of pay. All such days must have been accumulated while in service in Harford County. Sick leave shall be accumulated annually at the rate of the difference between sick leave provided and sick leave used.

Payment for Unused Days of Sick Leave. Employees who enter retirement from the Harford County Public Schools after ten (10) years of service in those schools shall receive payment for unused days of sick leave up to a maximum of 200 days, effective July 1, 1998, at the rate of 25% of the daily rate of pay.* Full time employees shall be paid the above listed percentage or $18, whichever is higher. All such days must have been accumulated while in service in Harford County. Sick leave shall be accumulated annually at the rate of the difference between sick leave provided and sick leave used. *This proposal requires fiscal support and will be subject to the decisions of the Fiscal Authorities and the Board of Education’s final actions on the operating budgets for the school system.
Payment for Unused Days of Sick Leave. Upon retirement from the Board of Education of Queen Anne's County, the Board agrees to reimburse the unit employee for his/her unused accumulated sick leave not credited by the Maryland State Retirement and Pension System towards retirement. The reimbursement shall be at the rate of $100.00 per day.

Said ticket shall not be honored at basketball tournaments and special events. Said ticket shall be honored for employee, spouse, and children who have not yet graduated from high school. The Board of Education will have an expectation that those teachers in attendance at school functions will assume a reasonable amount of general supervision as needed.

  • Payment for Working on a Holiday (The following clause is applicable to part-time employees only) The holidays listed in the part-time local Appendix for the purposes of Article 16.03(b) shall be the same holidays as are listed in the full-time Local Provisions Appendix. If an employee is required to work on any of the holidays set out in the local Appendix the employee shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) her regular straight time hourly rate of pay for all hours worked on such holiday.

  • Payment for Working Overtime on a Holiday Where an employee is required to work authorized overtime in excess of his regularly scheduled hours on a paid holiday, such employee shall receive twice (2x) his regular straight time hourly rate for such authorized overtime.

  • Payment for Holidays (a) Regular Employees Regular employees shall not have their pay reduced by virtue of holidays specified in Article 16.01.

  • Compensation for Holidays Worked a. With the exception of the provisions in Section C.2.b., below, an employee required to work on a holiday listed above shall be paid at the employee's regular straight-time rate of pay for the hours actually worked. In addition, an eligible employee shall receive either compensatory time off or holiday pay at the option of the University at the regular straight-time rate, including any shift differential.
