Payment for Extra Services. 7.1 Any charges for Extra Services shall be paid by the District as described in Exhibit “B” at the rates set forth in Exhibit “D” only upon certification that the claimed Extra Services were authorized in writing in advance by the District and that the Extra Services have been satisfactorily completed.

Payment for Extra Services. 7.1. District-authorized Services outside of the scope in Exhibit “A” or District- authorized reimbursable not included in Construction Manager’s fee are “Extra Services.” Any charges for Extra Services shall be paid by the District as described in Exhibit “B” only upon certification that the claimed Extra Services were authorized in writing in advance by the District and that the Extra Services have been satisfactorily completed.
Payment for Extra Services. Any Director (other than the Managing Director or other Executive Director) who, being willing, is called upon to perform extra services or to make any special exertions or to undertake any executive or other work for the Company beyond his or her ordinary duties, or to go or reside abroad or otherwise for any of the purposes of the Company, shall be remunerated either by a fixed sum or a salary as may be determined by the Directors and such remuneration may be either in addition to or in substitution for his or her share in the remuneration above provided.
