Payment for Extra Services. 7.1 Any charges for Extra Services shall be paid by the District as described in Exhibit “B” at the rates set forth in Exhibit “D” only upon certification that the claimed Extra Services were authorized in writing in advance by the District and that the Extra Services have been satisfactorily completed.
Payment for Extra Services. 7.1. District-authorized Services outside of the scope in Exhibit “A” or District- authorized reimbursable not included in Construction Manager’s fee are “Extra Services.” Any charges for Extra Services shall be paid by the District as described in Exhibit “B” only upon certification that the claimed Extra Services were authorized in writing in advance by the District and that the Extra Services have been satisfactorily completed.
Payment for Extra Services. Any Director (other than the Managing Director or other Executive Director) who, being willing, is called upon to perform extra services or to make any special exertions or to undertake any executive or other work for the Company beyond his or her ordinary duties, or to go or reside abroad or otherwise for any of the purposes of the Company, shall be remunerated either by a fixed sum or a salary as may be determined by the Directors and such remuneration may be either in addition to or in substitution for his or her share in the remuneration above provided.
Payment for Extra Services. Payment of the Construction Manager for Extra Services must be in accordance with the agreement of the parties when such services are requested. APPENDIX B CHAPTER 3
Payment for Extra Services. 6.1. Extra Services are those services, deliverables, and reimbursables identified in Exhibit “C.” Any charges for Extra Services will be paid by the Council as described in Exhibit “C” only upon certification that the claimed Extra Services were authorized in writing in advance by the Project Manager, an amendment was executed and that the authorized Extra Services have been satisfactorily completed. Notwithstanding the preceding, an amendment is not required for travel beyond two hundred (200) miles of the Project location, however, the prior written authorization of the Project Manager is still required for travel beyond two hundred (200) miles of the Project location.
Payment for Extra Services. 3.2.1. Any payment made from individual school funds to personnel for services performed must be processed through the District payroll office. Payment for services beyond regular responsibilities must have prior approval of the Superintendent.

Payment for Extra Services. The Council may require Connexions to provide activities which are additional to the agreed annual delivery plan or which incur costs additional to the annual grant. In such cases the Council shall either pay for the activity directly or reimburse Connexions in full for these activities.
Payment for Extra Services. Employees assigned duties beyond their site time shall be compensated at the rate of one-eighth (1/8) their daily rate of pay for each hour of such service. This provision shall not apply to field trips and conferences.
