Common use of Payment Due Dates Clause in Contracts

Payment Due Dates. Royalties shall accrue commencing upon the first Sale of a Licensed Product in the Licensed Field of Use in any country in the Licensed Territory. Royalties and sublicense fees payable to EMORY on behalf of the LICENSOR as a result of activities occurring during the period covered by each royalty report provided for under Article 4 of this Agreement shall be due and payable on the date such royalty report is due. All other payments required under this Agreement, if not specified otherwise in this Agreement, shall be payable within [*****] of the receipt by Company of payment or other due date of each payment.
