Payment Distribution. If you pay the minimum amount required on your monthly statement, said payment will be distributed as follows: First to the INTEREST CHARGES and the remainder will be applied first to the balance with the lower APR and after to the balances with the higher APR in ascending order. This means that the balances with the higher APR will not be lowered until the balances with the lower APR are not completely paid off. If you paid a higher amount than the minimum payment required, the excess will be applied to the higher debt. The payments made by electronic, phone or mail will be credited on the same day they were received if they were received on or before 2:00 p.m. from monday through friday (except on Holidays) The payments made through mail shall be received at the address that appears on your Statement, be made by check from the Bank and include the payment slip. Payments that do not comply with these requisites may take up to five (5) working days during which they will not collect interests.
Payment Distribution. For purposes of these payments, all calculations of amounts due shall be based upon the previous months activity of the gaming facility's machines. Payments due to the SPV pursuant to these terms shall be paid no later than twenty-five (25) days after the last day of each calendar month. Payment Distribution. If you pay the minimum payment required, this payment will be applied first to the finance charges, and the residue will be proportionally applied to the merchandise purchases or services and cash advances according to the new balance that each one of them has by the monthly billing statement. If you pay in excess, it will be applied to the most onerous balance. Default: BCFCU has the right to demand immediate payment of your account balance or a portion of it, if you fail to make three (3) consecutive monthly payments; or fail to make your payment or other required payments by the due date. If on two occasions you were unable to pay one or more consecutive payments and you make a partial payment of the amount due, and after making the payment you continue paying the future installments by the due dates, you are still delayed with respect to the amount due during these three (3) consecutive installments afterward the date the partial payment is made. Stolen / Lost Card: You must notify BCFCU immediately in writing and / or by phone at 0-000-000-0000, (000)- 000-0000, or during working hours at (000) 000-0000. Also, you must complete and submit a form required by BCFCU. If the card is used by an unauthorized person, you may be liable for the unauthorized use of your credit card. You will not be liable for unauthorized use that occurs after you notify BCFCU within 24 hours of the loss, theft or unauthorized purchases with your credit card, unless your are grossly negligent in the handling or your card. In any case your liability will not exceed $50.00. Changing or terminating your account: BCFCU may change the terms of this Agreement for time to time. Notice of any changes will be given in accordance with applicable laws and with no less than fifteen (15) days prior to the date the changes become effective. Any changes related to finance charges will be applied to the outstanding balance at the moment the changes become effective. The same applies to purchases and/or services, and cash advances made at the effective date, if you are not satisfied by the changes made, you may terminate this Agreement in writing with no less than fifteen (15) days of notice afterward the changes are in force.
