Payment by Lessor Sample Clauses

Payment by Lessor. If Lessee shall fail to make any payment or perform any act required hereunder, then Lessor may, but shall not be required to, after such notice to Lessee as is reasonable under the circumstances, make such payment or perform such act with the same effect as if made or performed by Lessee. Lessee will upon demand reimburse Lessor for all sums paid and all costs and expenses incurred in connection with the performance of any such act.

Payment by Lessor. In the event the Lessor shall be required to pay any sum that is the Lessee’s responsibility or liability, the Lessee shall reimburse the Lessor for such payment and for reasonable expenses caused thereby.
Payment by Lessor. Should Lessee fail to pay within the time specified in this Article any taxes, assessments, or other charges required by this Article to be paid by Lessee, Lessor may, but is not obligated to, without notice to or demand on Lessee, pay, discharge, or adjust such tax, assessment, or other charge for the benefit of Lessee. In such event, Lessee shall promptly on written demand of Lessor reimburse Lessor for the full amount paid by Lessor in paying, discharging, or adjusting such tax, assessment, or other charge together with interest thereon at the rate of ten percent (10%) per annum from the date of payment by Lessor until the date of repayment by Lessee. Where no time within which any charge required by this Article to be paid by Lessee is specified in this Article, such charge must be paid by Lessee before it becomes delinquent.
Payment by Lessor. Lessor will not be obliged to pay any amounts to Lessee under this Agreement so long as any sums which are then due from Lessee under this Agreement remain unpaid and any such amounts which would otherwise be due will fall due only if and when Xxxxxx has paid all such sums.

Payment by Lessor. In the event Lessee fails to procure, maintain or pay for any insurance required to be procured, maintained and paid for by Lessee hereunder, or to make any payment required to be made by Lessee hereunder (including, but not limited to, the payment of any fees, assessments, charges or taxes), Lessor has the right, but is not obligated, to obtain such insurance, or make such payment, on behalf of Lessee. In the event Lessor does so, Lessee shall reimburse Lessor for the cost thereof upon demand and the failure to make such reimbursement within ten (10) days after demand will constitute an Event of Default hereunder as defined in Article 13 hereof.

Payment by Lessor. Subject to the right of the Lessee to contest taxes, assessments, governmental charges and other Impositions as hereinabove provided, Lessor may, at any time that the payment of any item of taxes, special assessments or governmental charges which Lessee is obligated to pay under the provisions of Section 4.02 above remains unpaid, give written notice to Lessee of its default and if Lessee continues to fail to pay such item of taxes, special assessments or governmental charges or to contest the same in good faith, then at any time after fifteen (15) days from the date of such written notice Lessor may pay the items specified in the notice and Lessee covenants to reimburse Lessor on demand any amount so paid or expended in the payment of the items specified in the notice, with interest thereon at the rate of eighteen percent (18%) per annum from the date of such payment by Lessor until repaid by Xxxxxx; provided however, if Lessor, without giving the fifteen (15) days notice as provided for above, pays any such item which has not been paid by Lessee within the time required in Section 4.02, or which has not then or thereafter been successfully contested by Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx shall nevertheless reimburse Lessor for such item, but without interest.
Payment by Lessor. Within 30 days after Lessee’s delivery to Lessor of a properly completed and executed Acceptance Certificate and all other documentation necessary to establish Lessee’s acceptance of such Equipment under the related Lease and Lessor’s acceptance of such Acceptance Certificate, Lessor shall pay the Contractor for the Equipment. Lessor shall not accept the Acceptance Certificate until it has received from Lessee (1) evidence of insurance with respect to the Equipment in compliance with Section 14 hereof, (2) a completed and executed original Form 8038-G or 8038-GC, as applicable, or evidence of filing thereof with the Internal Revenue Service in the manner required by Code Section 149(e),
