Payment by Agents. Unless it receives a notification from the Fiscal Agent under Clause 4.3 and subject as provided in Clause 4.7, each Paying Agent shall, subject to and in accordance with the Conditions, pay or cause to be paid on behalf of the Issuer on and after each due date therefor the amounts due in respect of the Notes and Coupons and shall be entitled to claim any amounts so paid from the Fiscal Agent.
Payment by Agents. Unless they receive a notification from the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent under Clause 4.3 and subject as provided in Clause 4.7, each of the Paying Agents, in the case of Bearer Notes, each of the Registrar and the Transfer Agents, in the case of the final payment in respect of any Series of Registered Notes, and the Registrar, in the case of all other payments in respect of Registered Notes, shall, subject to and in accordance with the Conditions, pay or cause to be paid on behalf of the Issuer and the Guarantor on and after each due date therefor the amounts due in respect of the Notes, Receipts and Coupons and shall be entitled to claim any amounts so paid from the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent. If any payment provided for in Clause 4.1 is made late but otherwise in accordance with this Agreement the Paying Agents will nevertheless make such payments in respect of the Notes, Certificates, Coupons or Receipts. However, unless and until the full amount of any such payment has been made to the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent, none of the Paying Agents shall be bound to make such payments.

Payment by Agents. Unless they receive a notification from the Issuing and Paying Agent under Clause 4.4 (Notification of Non-payment) and subject as provided in Clause 4.6 (Suspension of Payment by Agents), each of the Paying Agents, in the case of Bearer Notes, each of the Registrar and the Transfer Agents, in the case of the final payment in respect of any Series of Registered Notes, and the Registrar, in the case of all other payments in respect of Registered Notes, shall, subject to and in accordance with the Conditions, pay or cause to be paid on behalf of the Issuer on and after each due date therefor all amounts due in respect of the Notes and Coupons and shall be entitled to claim any amounts so paid from the Issuing and Paying Agent.
Payment by Agents. Subject as provided in Clause 4.6, each of the Paying Agents, in the case of Bearer Notes, each of the Registrar and the Transfer Agents, in the case of the final payment in respect of any Series of Registered Notes, and the Registrar, in the case of all other payments in respect of Registered Notes, shall, subject to and in accordance with the Conditions, pay or cause to be paid on behalf of the Relevant Issuer and the Guarantor on and after each due date therefor the amounts due in respect of the Notes and Coupons and shall be entitled to claim any amounts so paid from the Issuing and Paying Agent.
Payment by Agents. Subject to in Clause 4.7, the CMU Lodging and Paying Agent shall, subject to and in accordance with the Conditions, pay or cause to be paid on behalf of the Issuer on and after each due date therefor the amounts due in respect of the Bonds and shall be entitled to claim any amounts so paid from the CMU Lodging and Paying Agent.
Payment by Agents. Unless they receive a notification from the Principal Paying Agent under sub-Clause 5.2 the Agents will, subject to and in accordance with the Conditions, pay or cause to be paid on behalf of the Issuer on and after each due date therefor the amounts due in respect of the Securities and will be entitled to claim any amounts so paid from the Principal Paying Agent. If any payment provided for in sub-Clause 5.1 is made late but otherwise in accordance with this Agreement, the Agents will nevertheless make such payments in respect of the Securities. However, unless and until the full amount of any such payment has been made to the Principal Paying Agent, none of the Agents will be bound to make such payments.
