Common use of Payment Bond Clause in Contracts

Payment Bond. If required by law or otherwise specifically requested by District in Exhibit “C” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, Contractor shall execute and provide to District concurrently with this Contract a Payment Bond in an amount required by the District and in a form provided or approved by the District. If such bond is required, no payment will be made to Contractor until the bond has been received and approved by the District.

Payment Bond. If required by law or otherwise specifically requested by District in Exhibit “CG” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, Contractor shall execute and provide to District concurrently with this Contract a Payment Bond in an amount required by the District and in a form provided or approved by the District. If such bond is required, no payment will be made to Contractor until the bond has been received and approved by the District.

If required by law or otherwise specifically requested by District in Exhibit “CD” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, Contractor shall execute and provide to District concurrently with this Contract a Payment Bond in an amount required by the District and in a form provided or approved by the District. If such bond is required, no payment will be made to Contractor until the bond has been received and approved by the District.

If required by law or otherwise specifically requested by District in Exhibit “C” attached hereto and incorporated herein by referenceDistrict, Contractor shall execute and provide to District concurrently with this Contract Agreement a Payment Bond in an the amount required by of the District total, not-to-exceed compensation indicated in this Agreement, and in a the form provided in Exhibit “C” attached hereto or otherwise approved by the District. If such bond is required, no payment will be made to Contractor until the bond it has been received and approved by the District.
