Payment and Fees. If such accounting firm identifies a discrepancy made during such period, the appropriate Party shall pay the other Party the amount of the discrepancy within thirty (30) days of the date AMBRX delivers to ZMC such accounting firm’s written report so concluding, or as otherwise agreed upon by the Parties.
