Payment Aggregators. 8.1. If your business model requires you to accept the Card on behalf of third parties (Sponsored Merchants), you are for the purposes of this Agreement a Payment Aggregator and you must not accept the Card under this Agreement. If you wish to act as a Payment Aggregator for transactions made with American Express Cards then you must contact us.
