Common use of Payees Clause in Contracts

Payees. A payee is an individual or business to whom you want to make a payment. There is no limit to the number of payments you may schedule. Payees must be located in the United States, Guam, US Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico. When you transmit a Bill Pay instruction to us, you authorize us to transfer funds to make the Bill Pay transaction from your account. We will process Bill Pay requests only to those payees that you have provided within the Bill Pay Service.
