Payees the selected payees, set up in advance, to whom you desire to send payments.
Payees. A payee is an individual or business to whom you want to make a payment. There is no limit to the number of payments you may schedule. Payees must be located in the United States, Guam, US Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico. When you transmit a Bill Pay instruction to us, you authorize us to transfer funds to make the Bill Pay transaction from your account. We will process Bill Pay requests only to those payees that you have provided within the Bill Pay Service.
Payees. Member may use Bill Pay to make payments to any person or business in the United States (each, a “Payee”). Member must provide the Bill Pay Provider with the name, address, telephone number of Member’s Payees, along with any account number Member has with the Payee. By providing the Bill Pay Provider with this information, Member authorizes the Bill Pay Provider to follow Member’s instructions for Bill Pay transactions (such instructions referred to hereinafter as “Payment Instructions”) to these Payees. Member is solely responsible for maintaining the current address and account number information for each Payee that Member designates. Navigant is not responsible for any errors or losses that may occur because Member failed to provide the Bill Pay Provider with correct information regarding the Payee, or if an amount Member owes the Payee is paid in full.

Member must provide the Xxxx Pay Provider with the name, address, telephone number of Member’s Payees, along with any account number Member has with the Payee. By providing the Xxxx Pay Provider with this information, Member authorizes the Xxxx Pay Provider to follow Member’s instructions for Xxxx Pay transactions (such instructions referred to hereinafter as “Payment Instructions”) to these Payees. Payees. You may designate payees through the Xxxx Payment service. You must provide sufficient information about each payee to properly direct a payment to that payee and permit the payee to identify the correct account to credit your payment. This information may include without limitation, the name and address of the payee and your payee account number. The payee must have a U.S. payment address that can be verified through the ordinary course of business. Occasionally, a payee may choose not to participate in the Xxxx Payment service or may require additional information before accepting payments. While we work with these payees to encourage them to accept an electronic or check xxxx payment made through the Xxxx Payment service, the payee may not accept such xxxx payments or may not be able to process xxxx payments using the Xxxx Payment service. In that event, we may decline to make future payments to this payee, and a notice will be sent to you.
Payees. You may schedule current, future or recurring payments to a person or business in the United States through Bill Pay. By furnishing us with the names, addresses and telephone numbers of your Payees, and account information, you authorize us to follow your payment instructions to these Payees. Payments may only be made from an active funding account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the current address and account number of each Payee that you designate.

Payees. You may designate payees through the Bill Payment Service (each, a "Payee"). You must provide sufficient information about each Payee as requested from time to time to properly direct a payment to that Payee and permit the Payee to identify the correct account to credit with your payment. This information may include, without limitation, the name and address of the Payee and your Payee account number. The Payee must have a United States payment address that can be verified in the ordinary course of business. Occasionally a Payee may choose not to participate in the Bill Payment Service or may require additional information before accepting payments. While we work with these Payees to encourage them to accept an electronic or check bill payment through the Bill Payment Service, the Payee may not accept such bill payments or may not be able to process bill payments in a timely manner. In that event, we may decline to make future payments to this Payee and a notice will be sent to you.
Payees. For security purposes, you may not be allowed to create or edit new Payees using Mobile Banking. In such as case, you must add, modify or delete Payees using Online Banking. The changes you make will appear on Mobile Banking after we have had a reasonable amount of time to process them. You must provide sufficient information about each Payee, as we may request from time to time, to properly direct a payment to that Payee and permit the Payee to identify the correct account to credit with your Payment. This information may include, among other items, the name and address of the Payee and your Payee account number. You are responsible for ensuring that the Payee information you or we provide is current, accurate, and complete, and you assume responsibility for any transaction error that results from stale, inaccurate, or incomplete Payee information furnished or entered into the online service by you. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse the designation of a Payee for any reason.
Payees. A “Payee” is either a Business and or an Individual Payee. A “Business Payee” is any business, merchant, or professional that generates a xxxx or invoice for business products or services, and that has an address we can verify. “Individual Payees” are individuals you pay for business purposes that have an address we can verify.
