Pay Shortage. The Library agrees that whenever an employee suffers a substantial pay shortage through no fault of the employee, the Library shall make whole to the employee the full amount due within two (2) work days from the time the incident is substantiated.

Pay Shortage. In the event of a pay shortage, if the pay shortage exceeds eight (8) hours regular pay and the employee cannot wait until the next pay period, the Company will supply a manual cheque within forty-eight (48) hours of the employee advising the Company.

  • Cash Shortages No employee may be required to make up cash register shortages unless he or she is given the privilege of checking the money and daily receipts upon starting and completing the work shift, and unless the employee has exclusive access to the cash register during the work shift and unless cash is balanced daily, except as specified below.
