Pay Increase. Effective October 1, 2008, all bargaining unit employees will received a 5% cost of living/general increase, which will impact the pay range. Effective April 1, 2008 bargaining unit employees who meet satisfactory performance and have successfully completed their initial probation, shall receive a 3.5% increase, which will not impact the pay range.
