Pay Increases a) The pay rates prescribed under Clause 2 above will be increased by the amount of the increase as handed down by the Australian Fair Pay Commission each year during the term of this agreement.
Pay Increments 44.5.1 Except as provided in sub-clauses 44.5.4 and 44.5.5 of clause 44.5 an employee holding an appointment at one of the classification levels listed in Schedule 1 of this Agreement shall be granted pay increments on completion of the applicable pay increment period until he reaches the maximum rate in the scale of rates for the classification level to which he is appointed.
Pay in Lieu of Vacation Employees may in any federal fiscal year elect, in twelve (12) hour increments, in lieu of vacation time off, to receive compensation for up to sixty (60) hours for the year and is subject to management approval.
PAY DAY (a) The Employer shall pay each Nurse every two (2) weeks. The amount shall be in accordance with the applicable hourly rate for the Nurse’s classification and increment level listed in Appendix “A”. Payment will include regular pay and will include any other income earned during the preceding pay period. Every effort will be made to supply requested information to a Nurse as to the amount paid on or before pay day.
Pay Dates Pay dates shall be on the fifteenth (15th) and the last day of each month.
Pay Days The Employer shall pay salaries and wages every second Thursday in accordance with Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement. On each pay day each Employee shall be provided with an itemized statement of his/her wages (including hourly rate), overtime and other supplementary pay and deductions. The Employer shall not be held responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond the Employer's control.
Pay Cheques R-1 Payment of wages will be made by depositing the net amount payable to the Employee to the credit of the Employee's designated account at any Kent County chartered bank that utilizes a computer banking transfer system. All Employees and all future Employees, as a condition of employment, shall sign an authorization to permit the payment of wages as referenced above. An Employee who is underpaid a minimum of seventy-five ($75.00) as a result of a payroll error, upon request, will have a separate cheque issued to her/him as soon as possible but no later than two (2) working days (payroll working days) following the request.
DUES AND PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS 2.4.1 Payroll deductions for membership dues in the Union shall be provided by the District for members who sign and deliver to the Payroll Office the appropriate form authorizing such deductions.
Pay Rate Sick leave pay shall be at the shift straight-time hourly rate.
Thirty Day Payments Upon receipt of a billing statement that complies with all invoice requirements set forth in this Article, the State shall make a good faith effort to pay the amount which is due and payable within thirty (30) days.
