Pay for Work on Scheduled. Paid Holiday Employees who are not required to work on the above holidays shall receive holiday pay equal to one (1) day’s pay. Employees who are required to work shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1 ½) plus time off with pay equivalent to the number of hours worked, at a time mutually agreeable between the employee and the Employer.
