Pay for Work on a Holiday. An Employee working on one of the holidays provided in Article 24.01 is paid at her/his regular rate of pay in effect at that time increased by one hundred percent (100%). Furthermore, the Employee is entitled either to the Holiday pay provided in Article 24.03 or to the postponement of the holiday as provided in Article 24.02 c).
