Pay for Work on a Holiday. Employees required to work on a holiday shall be compensated at the rate of double (2X) their regular hourly rate for each hour worked. The Employer will schedule all employees (including Assistant Managers, Produce Managers, Bakery Managers, and Head Cashiers) to work on General Holidays on a fair rotational basis. Each store will maintain an updated record of employees who are scheduled to work in each scheduling group, for each General Holiday, for each calendar year. The record will be made available to the Union by request.
