Common use of Pay Days Clause in Contracts

Pay Days. 23.01 Pay days for the duration of this Agreement shall be every second Friday; however, should a Holiday fall on that day then the preceding day shall be deemed to be Pay Day.

If the pay day falls on a Sunday or a Paid Holiday which falls on a Monday, the pay day will be the following day.
