PAY COMPUTATION. (a) Except as otherwise provided in Subsections 8.9(b) and (c), vacation pay shall be computed at the straight rate of pay applicable to the employee's regular classification as of the time vacation is taken. (Amended 1-1-91)

PAY COMPUTATION. The Board shall include on each employee’s check a breakdown showing the regular and extra hours and trips which were paid for that pay period. All reimbursable expenses shall be paid to the employee in a separate check no later than one (1) month from the date the expenses were incurred.
PAY COMPUTATION. The employee may at his/her option, receive his/her bi-weekly pay over a period of twenty (20) pays or may elect to be paid in equal installments over a period of twenty-six (26) total pays. Employees exercising this option must do so on an annual basis and shall notify the Board in writing no later than August 1st of each year.

  • Interest Eligibility and Computation If NYSERDA fails to make Prompt Payment, NYSERDA shall pay interest to the Contractor on the Payment when such interest computed as provided herein is equal to or more than ten dollars ($10.00). Interest shall be computed and accrue at the daily rate in effect on the Date of Payment, as set by the New York State Tax Commission for corporate taxes pursuant to Section 1096(e)(1) of the Tax Law.
