PAY AND CLASSIFICATION. 20.01 Except under unusual circumstances, an employee shall be paid by direct deposit every two (2) weeks and shall be entitled to an electronic statement accessible through an online payroll portal system indicating the employee’s gross and net entitlement and details of all deductions.
PAY AND CLASSIFICATION. 6.1 The recognized classifications and those rates of pay which are to be effective during the period of this Memorandum of Understanding are enumerated in Appendix "A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. The appendix reflects wage adjustments as follows: A three (3%) percent across the salary schedule increase effective January 1, 2016. A three (3%) percent across the salary schedule increase effective January 1, 2017. A three (3%) percent across the salary schedule increase effective January 1, 2018. All pay, leave, and benefits will be based upon the employee's official FLSA classification. This arrangement will not adjust the employee’s current classification.

PAY AND CLASSIFICATION. 20.01 An employee shall have the choice to be paid by cheque or electronic funds transfer (E.F.T.) every two weeks. The employee will provide the UPCE with reasonable notice if the employee changes payment methods. Furthermore, the employee shall not change payment methods more than two (2) times within a given year. A stub indicating the employee's pay, net entitlements, and details of all deductions will be provided to the employee.
PAY AND CLASSIFICATION. 20.01 An employee shall be paid every two (2) weeks by electronic deposit of funds to the financial institution of his/her choice and be given a written statement for each deposit indicating the employee=s gross and net entitlement and details of all deductions. In exceptional circumstances alternative arrangements will be made for payment.
PAY AND CLASSIFICATION. 15.1 The City shall establish and maintain, on a current basis, a Pay and Classification Plan for all employees in the City Service. The pay grades and corresponding salary ranges are attached as Appendix A.
