Common use of Pay and Benefits Clause in Contracts

Pay and Benefits. 10.01 While working under an in-person learning model, a hybrid model, or a total distance learning model, or during a period of total emergency school closure, bargaining unit members shall continue to receive their full compensation and benefits. If extracurricular duties can and are fully performed, bargaining unit members shall continue to receive stipends or additional pay, as provided for under the CBA.
