Paved Roads, Paved Lanes and Paved Walkways. (a) All catch basin leads, manhole frames and covers, water main valves, hydrant valves and valve operating mechanisms shall have been completed in the paved roads, paved lanes and paved walkways, prior to the acknowledgement of the Construction Completion Certificate for paved roads, paved lanes and paved walkways.

Paved Roads, Paved Lanes and Paved Walkways including but not limited to manhole frames and covers, water main and hydrant valves and valve operating mechanisms, cathodic protection test points, water service connection valves and valve operating mechanisms, and catch basin leads installed in paved road, paved lanes or paved walkways: Two (2) Winter Seasons, provided that:
Paved Roads, Paved Lanes and Paved Walkways. All paved roads, lanes, and walkways have been constructed to the proper cross section and grade in accordance with the Construction Drawings and Construction Specifications. All appurtenances have been adjusted to the proper grades and drainage has been properly accommodated. All pavement markings, traffic control signs, street name signs, and subdivisions signs have been installed, and the Subdivision Information Sign has been installed or revised. All Municipal Improvements proposed for construction within the roads, lanes, and walkway rights of way, as a part of this Development, have been installed. Where approval is granted by the Engineer, the final lift of asphalt may be delayed for a period of one year from the date of the Construction Completion Certificate for roads, in which case, a separate Construction Completion Certificate will be issued for roadway paving. The Engineer will not issue the Construction Completion Certificate for roadways until the signage and pavement marking drawing(s) have been provided by the Developer and approved by the Traffic Engineer.
