Patrol Hours. Patrol hours shall be ten (10) shifts of eight (8) hours per shift, per two (2) week pay period. Full-time employees shall receive at least every third weekend (ie. Saturday and Sunday) free from regularly scheduled work. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties may agree on an annual basis to an alternative scheduling of the hours of work for the entire patrol operations.

Patrol Hours. Winter Control Period is intended to start the first full pay period in November and will run until the end of the pay period that includes April 15. The end-date is subject to change dependent upon weather conditions and completing the activity of Winter Patrol will be provided with a minimum of seven (7) days’ notice of the end of the Winter Control Period. All employees completing the activity of Winter Patrol will be scheduled on a daily twelve (12) hour shift rotation. Normal daily shift will be 6:00 a.m. to 6:00

All paid vacation time, paid holidays, paid sick leave, compensatory time off, and paid leaves of absence shall be considered as "time worked" for purposes of this Article. Part-time employees whose established work day is less than eight (8) hours shall not be considered to be working overtime until having completed eight (8) hours of work.
