Common use of Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights and Licenses Clause in Contracts

Each of Borrower and its Subsidiaries owns or possesses all the patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names, copyrights and licenses necessary for the present and planned future conduct of its business without any known conflict with the rights of others.
